Memberships for minor students must be established and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to enroll the child and provide the information necessary for participation.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the information provided about their child is accurate and current.

Please provide only information reasonably related to your child's tutoring and educational needs.
Information submitted to The Driftwood Learning Club is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Parent Consent and Supervision
Parents and guardians consent to their child's participation in the online educational services associated with their membership.
Depending on the child's age, maturity, technology use, and the activity involved, appropriate parent or guardian supervision may be necessary.
Parents are responsible for determining the level of supervision appropriate for their child while participating online.

Tutoring sessions may take place through video conferencing, community platforms, or other online technology.

For individually scheduled tutoring sessions, families should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Specific cancellation or rescheduling requirements may be provided when an individual session is booked.

Some Driftwood Learning Club services require a paid membership.
Membership options, prices, billing frequency, and included services are displayed at the time of purchase.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Annual memberships are billed on a recurring annual basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule selected at checkout until the membership is canceled.
8. Cancellation
Parents may cancel a recurring membership according to the cancellation options provided by The Driftwood Learning Club.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid.
Access to membership benefits may continue through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
9. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in connection with an offer, membership payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable membership period has begun.
If a billing error occurs, please contact us so we can review the issue.
